If you have a Disability such as not being able to walk, can you lucid dream and be able to walk in your dream even though in reality you have no experience or has been long time since you been able to walk?
so in other words, you almost don't know what's it's like to be able to walk, so how can your mind make you feel like you are walking in your dream.
As long as you can imagine it, it can be done. If you have a WL memory you can draw from, then the dream experience can (and probably will) feel just as real.
Concerning someone who has never walked, the mind will do its best to create what it thinks walking would feel like.
I have a cousin that has cerebral palsy that is so bad that she cannot walk. I have heard her talk before about having dreams about walking.
I think the answer is obvious because we have dreams about our disabilities all the time. Flying telekinesis and teleporting are things that we are disabled from in waking.
Itīs definitely possible.
I have a serious eating disorder which has been limiting me for practically my whole life. I could never get used to unfamiliar tastes no matter how often I tried.
And yet the taste of everything I eat in my dreams is bearable. I donīt feel the pain that usually comes with any new tastes. But that might be because you usually donīt feel pain in dreams, or at least not truly painful pain.

I'd say it's possible but I've been blind in one eye since age 4 and don't really recall what it's like to see with 2 eyes.
In my dreams I have the same prosthetic eye I have in real life, and I've actually tried a few times to see again through 2 eyes but it never works. I know it's possible though because there have been times when I have closed my eyes in a dream and created a new dream without opening them, kind of like creating a new eye. But because you are seeing things in a dream through your mind, your eye's aren't real they are more like a concept or fabricated body part. Your mind is what does all the work, your dream body doesn't exist and isn't necessary to do things it's just something we are familiar with. However, I'm so familiar with having just one eye to see through in waking life that it carries over into my dreams, and it's very hard to change.
Thatīs why I said you usually donīt feel pain in dreams. Of course there are exceptions. I have also experienced serious pain in dreams before, but that was only once in my life so far. Everyone is different though so of course some might experience such pain more frequently.Quote:

So I definitely think it is possible to experience things that aren't very intuitive if you have the slightest hint of what it could feel like.
The only things you cannot lucid dream about IMO are the things that are completely unavailable to you - like for example learning a new language without any prior knowledge.
