I am new to lucid dreaming.
Tonight I have realized that I am asleep.
I felt my body and it was paralyzed.
The thing is that my dream had no content. I didn't see images or anything. maybe I could see myself vaguely in the dream.
It was somewhat boring.
With some effort I managed to imagine some items in the dream.
Was this lucid dream?
Why did it have no content?
