I had my first Lucid nap!!

I couldn't fall asleep for like maybe an hour, I kept tossing and turning, I finally tried to sleep on my stomach with my arms supporting my head (I lay my head down at school like this!) and it's kinda confusing but I don't know if I had the normal dream or the sleep paralysis (REM Atonia?) first, all I remember is having a dream and then suddenly going into sleep paralysis... Weird!! But I did a random RC in the dream (I was pretty aware!) I woke up at 1:07 so should I try taking naps at 12:40 or something?

Do you used to do wtbt + wild?

That's pretty awesome! I never knew you could have a LD during a nap, I always thought that one could never hit a long enough REM stage but I'm new to all this and I find out new stuff all the time now. How long did you sleep for exactly?

I actually don't use wbtb anymore, I just can't get the right timing, I setimes try wild and I can get into sleep paralysis but not lucid. My LD's happen randomly inbetween months sometimes. :/

I wrote down 11:47 am for when I was trying to fall asleep but I didn't fall asleep for like an hour, I would say I fell asleep at 12:40 pm and woke up from my dream at 1:07 pm.

Huh, so it looks like you can have dreams and such within a short period of falling asleep, I might try this out!

Yea I could have fallen asleep between 12:00 - 12:40 but I'm not too sure.

Most adults have a REM cycle sometime in the afternoon, so if you time it correctly, you can hit your REM cycle rather quickly.
