Question about SP!

Hello!

So I have been thinking over SP for a while now which have resulted in a question!

Let's say I question my awareness in a dream and becomes Lucid, I feel to exited and it wakes me up. Is it possible for me to have SP while waking up from the LD I just had? Or are SP only available from the start by doing WILD?

I mean, it's possible. Likely? No, unless you have an actual sleep disorder and have sleep paralysis episodes on a regular basis. You are in sleep paralysis all throughout your REM cycle.
