      Homebrew CD

Hi all, I've made a CD to 'wake' me up when I am dreaming. Unfortunately the CD can only store an hours plus of tracks which means the reminder will activate before REM takes place. What I did was to record the first hour with blank tracks and then insert the reminder( a tune or voice suggestion) at the last two tracks with an interval of 8 min between them. So far it hasn't worked yet. Has anyone tried to do this before?

If you go to download.com you can type in the search for a program (Alarm clocks that turn on and off audio files)

      Lol.

Anyway, I would suggest an MP3 player. If you don't have one I doubt you will want to buy one just for this in which case I suppose a computer program is the best option, as dreamtamer said. As far as I know most people don't have computers next to their beds but if you have external speakers you run a cable from the computer to the speakers next to your bed.
