Looking for desktop PC and Phone backgrounds that can serve as RC reminders.

Hi,
In my dreams my phone is usually all weird, ie- time all messed up, phone too big or dripping wet whatever and these indicators sometimes cause me to become lucid.

But in real life i was hoping to find a cache of different phone back grounds that serve as reality checks.

I figured that due to the amount of times i pull my phone out of my pocket to check it, i could have a back ground that was eye catching with the sentence "Are you dreaming" or "Do a reality check" or whatever to prompt me to reality check more.

I'm not very good at photoshop or other programs like that but ill probably try my hardest to make something like this at some point.

Does anyone know of anything like what I'm describing and secondly do you think it would help?
