Can't do cool stuff
I realize I'm dreaming but I'm just bounded to the same rules I experience in reality. I try to fly and I can't. I say calm, I push my finger through my hand, I spin around to stabilize... everything just, stays "real", ant it's sad. :c
Sometimes I get a false awakening, notice something weird, know I'm dreaming, then go again to another false awakening and realize something weird once more and then again up to 4 times sometimes. I'm just, sad. Advice?

Maybe start smaller? For instance since there are no consequences for your actions, do things that you would never do in waking life, and things that don't require extraordinary powers. Maybe you can slowly build up to more and more outrageous things that are still within the bounds of physical laws of waking life but approaching the 'cool stuff' threshold, eventually stepping across it?

It's because you don't really believe you are able to do strange stuff like flying. And the whole flying thing is a bit strange for me, too. I need to do breaststroke swimming motions to fly any higher than, say 1m. Maybe try this :)
Every limitation you experience in a LD is made up by your own mind. There is no spoon. You just need to overcome this mental hurdle and you will soon be able to do more unreal stuff.

These are both good suggestions. I would do as Travis recommends, and slowly build your confidence that you are dreaming. Break some objects, for instance, or jump from a great height. You can also breathe underwater.
As for flying, the swim technique is pretty good for getting off of the ground. Try to work with it from there--imagine your strokes propel you farther and farther, or something else that incrementally increases your control. Let us know how it goes :)
