arggggg... i think i figured out the problem. ive been falling into such a deep sleep, i guess im a "heavy sleeper" becuase i just got an alarm clock tha tmakes the loudest most obnoxiouse noise.. and it doesent wake me up, i usualy set it for 2am becuase ive found that when i remember entire dreams thats when ive woken myself up.
anyway so im a "heavy sleeper" and have disguting recall... any ideas how i can make my body sleep less heavily? :|
