To achieve lucid dreaming, how do I keep my mind awake and let my body sleep?
Well, just relax your body, and keep your mind awake. Say a mantra like, "I'm dreaming" (in your head) to keep you awake, or if you are a pro, don't do anything and relax. And wake up in your mind only.
Sleep Paralysis is a disorder which is not related to lucid dreaming in any way, shape, or form. REM Atonia, often incorrectly called SP, is a state where the body is asleep and the mind is still awake. Please give this thread, Sleep Paralysis Explained a read through. It contains a wealth of information that may help you.
