Loosing lucidity.
Last night i was waking up a lot of times 6 times maybe.
And i had 5 dreams , two of them where lucid and i recalled all of them and writed in my journal.
But in the lucid ones after a while in them (1-2mins maybe) i will loose lucidity . In one of them an insect with wings made strings of cotton on my hands and i was affraid than i woke up and asked myself why i was affraid , i was lucid in this dream and could burnt it if i want.
Is this loosing lucidity or it is low-lucidity from the begining?
And if it is any of them what i have to do for not loosing it or having high-lucidity in the begining?

Seems like you had low lucidity or just got startled in the dream, causing you to wake up.
So you don't lose it next time, just try to stay calm and aware of what's going on. What I do to have higher lucidity, is I yell "increase lucidity!" That seems to help. Clapping once and listening to the noise also helps me and so does rubbing my hands together and telling myself "this is a dream". Try that
