Absolutely crazy experiece that I need explaining...

Hello guys my Name is Luke and I am new here but I thought I would just share an experience I had last night and if possible if it could be dissected and explained then that would be amazing because I want it all to make sense.
I am a 26 year old male, I have a relatively good knowledge about dreaming but I am not an expert. About a week ago I had a crazy OBE like never before but what followed was the dream I will discuss that just blew me away.

So I was in a house I had never seen before and I was surrounded by people I know but they were talking with different accents. I was confused and asked them where I was because this is not where I was before and that I was at my house. They explained to me that we had gone back in time (6 months to be exact) and you are in a different place 6 months prior. I questioned about how I would have to go to work for 6 months again like I just have and how or if things will happen the same as they have, one of them said to me that "there are highways with time and sometimes they cross over, if you want things to happen the same then you have to find the cross overs". I started to panic (like I would naturally because I am quite a worrier) and did not believe what they were telling me, I was sat in between my friend and his girlfriend and she said to me "if this was real do you think you would have your hand on my leg" which I did and I said I suppose not. She then said to me "look at the walls" so I did and the walls were not flush they were all distorted like a bad picture on a TV.
In the next scene I was in a van with some different characters that I didn't feel familiar with and I started to demand that I be taken back where I came from,I was looking at the dashboard to try and see the date and it said 2003 but then changed to 2014 and 2015 and so on, they all kept assuring me that I was in good hands and I didn't have to worry because I will be taken back soon, but there was something about them all that I did not trust, it was like they were all talking behind my back and knew something I didn't so I became increasingly worried.
We stopped in front of an unfamiliar building with a beach front and I demanded one of the guys to take me back so he said "ok come with me, we need to find the hole first though" by the hole he meant some kind of vortex which would transport me back to where I wanted to be.
I still didn't trust him as he told me to jump on a motorbike but told me to drive, it was a strange machine which I did not know how to operate so he started for me and we took off really fast in the air.
We then arrived at a building and I was joined by another 3 characters that I did not know, at this point I felt ambushed and I was that terrified that I thought to myself "If I wake up from this then I am seeing a doctor because I cannot go through this again" I just wanted to be back in reality and where I felt safe, I started to trash the room and one of the characters assaulted me. I stood there and thought to myself "If you are asleep then please just wake up" I then woke up in a second quite terrified thinking I had been stuck in this world forever with no return.

I have had a lot of semi lucid dreams but this one was unreal, it seems as though I am too scared to actually become lucid because my biggest fear is never coming back. It is to overwhelming for me. Also when I had my OBE I seen myself but I always get a dark feeling like there is something in the room and it freaks me out so I woke myself up with a struggle and suffered paralysis.
What does this mean for me and what should I take from all this?

Fear, it can either hold you back or push you forwards, and honestly, at points it can feel like it doing both. But the best thing you can do is overcome your fears, and lucid dreaming is the place to do it.

Try this, each day or night, sit quietly and image what it would be like to really go lucid, try and see it as clearly as you can in your mind, or feel it as strongly as you can. Remember that this is your mind at this stage and your wold, therefore no harm can or will come to you. While you are thinking about this lucid dream repeat the following.

I am comfortable here, this feels right, I am safe and I am in control.

Do this as often as you can for the next week, write back and let us know how you went?

Remember it is physically, biologically impossible for you to 'not come back' from a dream, you will always eventually wake up. You can always wake yourself up if you are scared etc. Time dilation can make the dream seem like forever but really it can't go much longer than 20-30 minutes. Good luck!
