      Sleep Paryalysis or sensations hultionations

      I want to lucid dream so bad, but now im scared of sleep paralysis (the helutionations in your mind) i would get freaked out if something sat on my bed, or i heard something or felt something. how can i cope with this? i really want to lucid dream!

      Hey abbydemi,

      Sleep paralysis is nothing to be scared of. In fact, what most people call "Sleep Paralysis" is actually something called REM Atonia, which is a natural process that occurs every time you go to sleep. In fact, if you're experiencing these hallucinations, it means you're already dreaming, allowing you to turn a potentially frightening situation into a lucid dream.

      i have never expierenced sleep paralysis (rem atonia) or a lucid dream before just was scared to try!
