SO I KNOW u did a RC......

had to step my RC game up myself......

if i hear certain words in waking life, such as "sleep", "dream" "remember" "forget"....I RC.....
if im watching a movie, i have to RC while being embedded in the movie......if i go a whole 2 hours while watching a movie without doing a RC, thats an epic fail on my mindfulness....lol
