My lucid and non lucid dreaming experiences

This being my first post, please forgive me if I'm in the wrong forum...

I discovered lucid dreaming many years ago. It was a science fiction dream and I realized I was dreaming. It was exhilarating. I never tried to induce Lucid dreams until only 2.5 years ago, after going trough very difficult times in my life. As I began to keep a journal, I decided to add my dreams. Of course, it helped a lot remembering the dreams. More and more, lucid dreams appeared, and I started cultivating them, trying to induce them through various methods, meditation, relaxation, reality checks. It works quite well. Not always of course.

I found also that lucid dreaming is a fantastic way to help, if you are facing recurring nightmares as I do, or to help you in analysis therapy. Untying the knots of your past.
