All day awareness
Ive been practicing ADA quite a bit today.
Im having a weird experience, i feel like when i become aware of nyself fully that i feel like im in the 'middle'.
Also when working with ADA, i feel like I'm seeing things differently, like when am looking around it feels like... Urg i dont know, just this feels like most things are standing out and look bugger perhaps?

My mind feels blank, i feel so relaxed, i could go asleep, i might of been practicing too much all day awareness

Relax some more. :) Could be nice to find a master to rely on. The relative connection makes it a lot easier. It also then makes sense.

ADA is best practiced in multiple "sessions" over the course of the day, so as to not wear your mind out. Paying such close attention to everything for a prolonged period of time, particularly when just starting ADA can be very overwhelming. By that same token, you don't want ADA to become a routine autonomous function, as truly being aware and mindful of your surroundings and the fact that at any point you could be dreaming requires directed attention.
