      Best way to nap lucid dream!

      From on the road to the on you're couch whats the best way to have a LD easily and fast.

      Well if you have good dream control I would recommend mild or fild but mild works more for me so basically I get in a nice and comfortable position and I close my eyes and repeat a mantra with real feeling like you have to mean it and you want that to be your last thought and it usually ends up being a dild for me. If your mind wanders just go back to saying the mantra mine is "I will realise I'm dreaming”
