For some reason, right before i fall asleep (for some reason its ussually bad), another thought overpowers the previouse 1 and that starts the begening of my dream.
Why is this so important? because im trying to tell my self i will become lucid. But i cant get it to be the last thought in my head before i passout.
I will have to say this again. Stop trying so hard. You are probably trying so hard your mind is to busy trying and not even dreaming at all.
yeah, just relax a bit bro. you'll get there eventually. just make sure it's high priority and you have enough recall.
What do you mean by your reason being usually bad?
