Hi, dreamers. So, Ever since my 1st Lucid Dream, I've always had some sense of being off balance as if I took some drug or something like that. It feels like I am about to fall and I keep having to focus on keeping myself on my feet. The feeling has decreased significantly since my first LD, but. it's still there.
Does anyone know how I can get rid of this feeling of bodily imbalance? I would greatly appreciate your answers. Please and thank you!
:) From the little I know being a beginner - I think you have to not focus on stuff you think is wrong Too much ...Like convice your self its REALY no big deal by focusing on some positive stuff to do with you Lucids ... Maybe intentions wishes that make you exited and smiley about your Lucid dreaming world :) Good luck :offtobed:

Sitting re-orients your balance and feeling the ground keeps the dream from destabilizing while you do it. It also helps to take this time just to remind yourself that this is all a projection of your mind, and that you are actually asleep right now (seems redundant but the more you can make a habit of this the better and better your lucids will become)
