Am I doing it right?
Hi guys. After an unexpected lucid dream I have decided to start lucid dreaming again. I have done some research and I would like to know if what I am doing is right and if there are ways to improve my technique:
-I am doing a lot of physical and mental reality checks through out the day.
-I am keeping a dream journal to help me remember my dreams.
-I am trying to imagine a dreamland throughout the day.
-I have started to play a little bit of FIRST PERSON video games as I have read it increases lucidity in dreams.
-I am trying to increase my melatonin intake for better sleep.
-I am trying to sleep earlier than usual, yet tiring myself out more throughout the day.
NOTE: I am using the MILD technique as I am just beginning.
Do you guys have any tips on what I should and shouldn't do? Thanks. :)

After recalling them, imagine each dream with yourself doing a reality check and becoming lucid.
