It seems that when we dream we produce theta waves, so according to some people we can have lucid dreams by listening to theta waves
I've heard about isometric beats
What's the difference between normal and isochronic beats?
They're not proved to work and there may be a placebo effect but what do you think about it?
Can they help with meditation?
