Ok, so ive been trying to lucid dream for like 1 1/2 years on and off, and i still haven't done it! I used to keep a dream journal but stoped. I think the reason why i havent had a LD yet is because i never stuck to a technique. for example i would do a reality check one day, do none the next, do 20 the next day so on and so fourth. My plan is to start up my journals again and stick to ONE LD'ing technique. Should i start with WILD,MILD,DIDL,WBTB, or FILD. thanks!

DILD is a good technique to go with, but you can also use MILD and think of mantras as you drift off to sleep.

Begin with wake back to bed. It's the easiest one to start off with, you don't even have to stay up very long for it to be effective.
Besides that, my first technique was FILD. It was simple to execute and gave some pretty promising results.
I can't stress this enough, just have intent and any technique will work wonders for you. Believe that you'll succeed and modify the technique as you wish.
