Day 9 Progress
I'm doing the part of Mild where you pick three things for the day and do a RC everytime you see them.
So because it doesn't take much time. I do a reverse reality check as well. Yesterday I hit all my targets everytime but one. But I remembered it 15 seconds later.
I had a 10 second lucid last night. I was the Hulk and dream characters were swarming me.Once I realized I was dreaming I made myself super agile and none of them could touch me. Didn't have the vividness I would want though. Dream fades and wake up in bed. Girlfriend gets up and goes to the shower...then I wake up again. Do a reality check...I'm really awake now.
Lessons:
Need to engrain RCs as a habit when I wake up.
Need to work on my 1st moments of lucidity habits. I need to be dream stabilizing right? I usually just act right away and lose the dream
As an interesting aside. My dream memory seems to be getting very accessable. Like last night I didn't write down my dreams. Because I wasn't at home. But when I got up I still had a good recall and when I touched my keys. They were in my dream so a huge dream chunk came back to me.
Anyways. Exciting times just need to keep at it.

Nice! It's very exciting once everything starts getting clearer right? :)
Anyways goodluck and keep going at it! :alien:

Congratulations! That's very impressive!
You've made the right conclusions - RCing at awakenings is a must. Personally I also RC if I haven't been able to fall asleep for a long time - since this is a dream sign for me (sometimes the transition is very short and I don't even have the waking up part of the false awakening)
About stabilization - yes, but don't over-think it, just take a moment to touch / feel things in your dream environment (incl. your dream body), observe things, tell yourself that you're dreaming. (no need to get specific - like "I only do the 'rub my hands'", because it may be that in your next dream you won't have hands, or they'll be tied up, etc.)

So last night I remembered two really long dreams. I also woke up from a dream on two separate occasions and didn't move at all but I couldn't get the dream to start again. Any thoughts?
Actually there was one part of the dream that was interesting. There was a tug of war with dream characters and this old building that had a cannon. I helped them topple it and then gave one of them pizza. There was also an interesting dream character. A girl named Harloc. Not sure if I usually have names for dream characters that aren't people I know in real life. Might be a side effect of higher recall.
