All the Ways to NOT have Lucid Dreams!!!

Hey, dreamers!

The title says it all. I find that when trying to achieve something, it is much easier to know what NOT to do as opposed to having a daunting list of everything that you SHOULD do. So, I'll start on the list of all the ways to NOT become Lucid. Here goes.

If you want to NOT have Lucid Dreams, then:

1. Always accept your reality as Waking Life 100% of the time. Never consider the fact that you could be in a dream.
2. Take the little things in life for granted like the majority of people do.
3. Stress yourself over Lucid Dreaming.
4. React automatically, as opposed to responding thoughtfully.
5. Do everything on autopilot mode. Don't choose your acrions consciously.
