      ADA Questions.

So this is just a list of my questions and confusions about ADA.

1: How can i notice everything at once?
I do not see how it is possible to be aware of everything at once without overloading your mind with new information and getting fluster. Furthermore in the thread Yoshi states that mutitasking is bad and should be avoided, but isnt this all just one huge multitask

2: Should have a metal commentary of my everyday actions?
I heard a few people say that you should run through everything in your head as you do it. their example was 'ok, grab my car keys, open the door, look at that cat run by, open car door, get in car'. this dose not sound fun or wise, i don't see how it helps you and again, it sounds very annoying.

      3: How can i turn off my body's "Auto-Pilot"?
I have seen this posted about ADA many times, you need to turn off your body's auto-pilot, isn't this a bad thing. Surly it would get incredibly annoying and slow to have to tell your body to do everything you wanted and think it through.

please clear up my misconception's, and thank you for reading.

Good questions. In particular the first question. I'm struggling with it too!

      1. You don't HAVE to be aware of EVERYTHING at once. I'd advise to try working on one sense at a time to the point where it becomes habitual, then work on the next. It'd definitely get frustrating to overload the whole process on one go, so take baby steps such as this.

      2. I don't know where you found this, but I don't believe it's necessary in the least bit. It seems more like a suggestion if you're struggling with it.

      3. Turning off your "auto-pilot" doesn't seem relevant to me in practicing ADA. You could mindlessly go about your day while still being aware. If you do want to, however, this is closely related to mindfulness mentioned in this thread -> http://www.dreamviews.com/attaining-...ndfulness.html
