Sensing the end...
Anyone able to sense when the end of their dream is going to occur. For some reason I can. And in most cases I can control when I want the dream to end. Like a dream I had the other day. I was being chased by something or other big and was trying to get away as fast as I could. As I was running I saw to my right a large dark I guess you could say chasm where you couldnt see the bottom. Well for some reason I knew that jumping into this dark place where nothing is would let me escape from my "enemy" and cause me to wake up. So I jumped in. Next thing you know it im trying my hardest to snap back to reality as I was falling and I finally do. Its like I know im dreaming, but something is telling me that I should still be afraid. Anyone else get this?

Usually, i know when the dream is fading and the end is comming, its easy to detect...but something happened the other morning: I became lucid and jumped off to fly and defend my family from...lets just say attacking dragons, a huge ass polar bear and invisible people, and as soon as i took flight, the dream litterally CRASHED down upon me...and took me down with it...and i woke up, frightened. I didn't even have a chance to renew clarity. just KAPOW! :o

If I can sense the end of my dream, I will just change my surroundings and keep on dreaming.

I usually get a rushing sound in my ears when a dream is ending.

My dreams usually end in two ways.
1) Things will begin to get muddles and confused until I fall into a non-lucid dream
2) I will get a little too excited and wake up.
#1 I can avoid by spinning
#2 All I can hope to do is MILD really quickly before slep paralysis wears off and enter another.
