DreamViews Buddy Program - February 2016
What do you mean I’m late? It’s February 1st, right? It’s so February 1st that they added a two, meaning there’s two 1’s. It’s February 1st 1st.
It’s Febuary Feburary Feburray the second month of the year! And that means it’s almost time for the single most important day of the year - Half Price Chocolate Day on the 15th. Oh, and there’s also Valentine’s Day too, but who cares when there’s perfectly good chocolate candies at 50% below retail price!
No one likes to be lonely on Half-Price Chocolate Day, so here’s this month’s buddies, in no particular order:
Since most of your are on the other sides of the planet from each other, first dates at Starbucks are probably out of the question. So instead, just PM each other and answer these questions to break the ice.
- What was your favorite dream ever? How about your worst nightmare?
- What was the earliest dream you remember?
- What are some of your current dream goals?
- If you had $1000 to spend on someone else for Valentine’s Day, who would you spend it on and what would you buy?
- Hershey’s Kisses or M&Ms?
- And finally, complete this sentence: The most romantic place I’ve ever been was...
And finally, here’s some tasks for you to try over the course of this month. For those of you who aren’t a fan of Valentine’s Day, some of these tasks have some slight holiday variations I came up with for you guys.
Beginner
- Report your dreams each night to your buddy, even if you only remember small fragments (just the action of doing this can help improve your recall).
- Have your buddy appear in a dream of yours.
Intermediate
- Report at least one dream per night to your buddy.
- Summon your buddy in a lucid.
- Valen-Climbs Day: Climb a tree or building with your buddy.
Expert
- Report at least two dreams per night to your buddy.
- Valen-Rhymes Day: Rap battle. GO!
- Valen-Limes Day: Bake a key lime pie with your buddy. (I’m really short on ideas…)
And since relationships are completely meaningless if you don’t brag about them on social media, here’s a fancy signature code for you to use to show off your buddy to the world. Just be sure to edit it a bit, unless “BUDDY NAME HERE” is actually your buddy…
