Whos walked through a mirror in a LD??

My goal about 4 months ago was to walk through a mirror in a lucid dream.Once lucid i searched my friends house for a large enough mirror...once i found it i places my hands through it first slowly....to my suprise the mirror left like liquid metal...once i walked into it everything went dark and i heard very loud distorted sounds...like the sounds of things happening outside but very distorted.I then found myself in a different room of the house which dissapointed me.
I dont believe alot about that different dream symbols mean different things but the mirror situation did make me wonder.....has anyone else walked through a mirror and if so what did u experience? My next goal is to again walk through a mirror and to have a meaningful conversation with a DC =)

I'm sure that I've done this at least a few times. From what I can remember, I've gone through a mirror and ended up: going through the mirror of a bathroom in another house, entering a classroom, flying down into a fancy restaurant, and going into a void. I never really know where I'm going to end up.

did it atleast once too and found it pretty cool^^ i used it to teleport. i landed in the void. normally i draw portals they are more flexible. but i sure will repeat the mirror one when i will see one and remember to use it.

Spoiler for here the relevant snippet of my dream::

i still do a nosepinch and remember that i could teleport again. i search a wall with some space and draw a small portal like before. i push again and the cycle falls insight the wall i feel a pulling force again but can resist to fall insight. i sit infront of the hole/portal and climb insight. i feel like falling and this time i dont see black but greyish like when you pick the wrong tv channel. it changes a bit and gets more sharp like a loading screen and suddenly i hear a sound and enter a game? everything looks a little pixelated. it is a futuristic theme and i think i see some startrek guys. i am a bit confused and move around. i enter a bath and look into the mirror. i look like a pixelated game figure but my appearance is changing. now i look pretty normal but have black curled hair with some dreads. in those dreads is some metal ring that looks nice. i pick the ring and put it in my pocket for later. i smile because i know i cant bring it back to waking. i move some feet away but then thinking about that i could teleport right again this time with a mirror. i go back but now the mirror is just a small vertical stripe. i tap against it and after some times it gets fluid. i put in my arm till my shoulder but then it doesnt go any further because the mirror is to small. i back off and while heading to the next room i yell "Commander i need a bigger Mirror!" i enter the next room and see "Data and Riker" (i dont watch Startrek so dont know what rank they have or anything; i talked to a friend one or two days ago about Startrek because there is an episode about lucid dreaming he told me). Riker starts going away to get me a bigger mirror while data is just standing around. i see an mirror on a shelf and take it. it is a little dusty and i put it on the ground thinking this might be big enough. i strife of some of the dust and tip on it again. it starts to be fluid again and i stand on the mirror sinking in. i leave with a Ciao! while Data is just looking at me with no motion. i fall again into the void and imagine my "meadow and tree" i appear on a forest path and see a farm infront of me.

Yes it is great fun in my first experience of it - a few months ago I was riding on the shoulders of a huge friendly/fury creature and I saw a mirror. We went straight into and through it into darkness :) Next time I will have more experience of how to deal with the
" void" :alien:

I noticed your next goal to speak with DC's meaningfully - I Had some really cool/meaningful convos with DC's recently too - I am also working on carrying this on as it gave me a great feeling of satisfaction - hard to explain but each time I talk with them it feels like nothing else...

What I did is call out in the dream that I wanted to meet my dream guide and could they make themselves visible ( I had to say it a couple of times) it looked like all the DC's were walking away from me - then out of the blue, one turned around and was right in my face -

saying " Maybe I can help?" And we chatted :)

That sounds brilliant to try....everytime i have talked to DCs i havent been very polite and im sure i read somewhere that what you give you get back....so i ask them a question streight to the point and i get sarcasm back so maybe next time i shall introduce myself and be polite.....what is a void btw iv been hearing it alot lately on here and unsure of what its is....thanks to you and the others that have replied =)

Thanks :) yes I am totally polite and it works out beautifully for communication and is very rewarding - can't quite explain it but it's special...the DC's that walked away made me feel it was going wrong but I stuck in there and it was one of them that suddenly turned around on the spot and made himself very available for me - he is very polite and intelligent. I felt humbled and hope to meet him again soon :)

As I am not experienced you may have to ask others about the void or start another thread as I don't have a good answere - it's generally a place that's dark I think maybe like being in space ...not sure of much more or why it suddenly shows up :alien:

you should try walking into a tv screen so that A. you kind of walked through a mirror and B. you can talk to the DCs that i assume would be on the other side.

I have walked through a mirror once, should try that again! :) I gently pushed my hand in and then as it eased in into the mirror, I just squeezed in completely. I somehow got turned upside down in kinda fashion and then I felt water* falling all over my skin as if I was falling horizontally through a waterfall. Then I appeared into a familiar front yard.

Ps. * I didn't know what synonyms there were for "water drops" and I ended up using just water to explain the sensation. I wanted to use "driplets" but I wasn't sure if that was a real word so I googled it, and there was a definition by Urban Dictionary. I didn't want to use the word "driplet" afterwards anymore :bigteeth:
