      Scary thaughts before SP

So when I preform wbtb WILDs and Im starting to feel a wave of tingles going over my body I'm always like: "Dont think of something scary...dont think of something scary" And instantly something scary appears.

So how do I prevent the "Dont think of something scary" phase? It's not something I do intensionally though...

Well, acknowledging that it happens is a good start. Now, you'll want to practice catching yourself doing as such throughout the day, long before you even try a WILD. When that happens, stop, and think of something peaceful and reassuring, and maybe even joyful, instead. Such practice would eventually carry over into your LD attempts.
