Questions about ADA.

So after reading KingYoshi's tutorial on ADA as well as some other threads I decided to give it a try.Got some questions though...This may sound weird but i would like to know what should i be aware of while playing video games, doing homework, watching TV,having my classes.?

Actually ADA is extremely difficult and not I think the best way to start with LD. I've experimented with omnilucidity and find it far more effective and easier because it ties ADA with constant reality checks. Instead of simply being aware of everything, you should be more aware of specific facets of ADA that act as constant reality checks. It's still extremely difficult still but I think may be more effective. I've just started it, (a few weeks) but already my dreams are extremely vivid.

As an experienced meditator, this problem of what to be aware of is a recurrent problem. Here is my advice:

Hold your breath and don't blink, until you feel the need to. Constantly ask yourself if you need to blink or breathe. When you no longer need to, you are dreaming. I got this technique for a thread made a while back, but it helps with ADA by providing a tangible (and dream focused) outlet to concentrate on. No more wondering, but a concrete goal. It is still extremely difficult for me, but is starting to get easier. I believe that (and ADA in general) is a far superior method of achieving long term success with LD, than any of the other techniques such as MILD, but it is far more difficult.

I am not a very experienced lucid dreamer, but that it my 2 cents. I wonder what other more advanced dreamers think.

Should i do this the whole day? Or should i do it as a reality check several times a day?Also can you post a thread about the omnilucidity you practise?First time i hear about it.I would love to check it out.
