Any thoughts or Ideas on this lucid dream?

Alright! So I had a very strange experience last night. Now I don't do Astral projection often, mainly because I just have never been too interested in it. I prefer to allow my mind to create my dream setting, rather than me just leaving my body and making my own...i don't have that much imagination lol. So I prefer lucid dreaming. I have only AP a few times like twice to be specific, so I'm not sure if this was another type of ap or not?Or just a very real and vivid lucid dream. But I went to sleep, not having any intentions on ld last night. I went to sleep like regular and woke up in the middle of the night (I'm assuming) in my bed. The room was alot brighter from the moonlight than usual. I could see the dust particles floating around in the rays of moonlight like a projector. And my god, my auditory senses were so super sensitive. I could hear EVERYTHING. I mean everything. I keep my fan on every night and it sounded like a slow motion helicopter, it was so loud. Unbearably, so I stood up and turned it off. At this point, I could hear my heart beating, the blood flowing through my veins and I could even hear the sound of the dust floating through the air. Darkness itself had its own noise. I walked out of my room and down the hall way to go to the bathroom. And when I opened the br door, I could see that the mirror was moving almost. So I turned on the light and the entire mirror inside the frame was static. Black and white TV static. I could hear it too. I reached out and touched the mirror only for it to feel as a mirror should. I did a reality check and came to the conclusion that I was lucid dreaming. But it was a much more real feeling. I have never had a lucid dream pick up from where I last was, which was in my bed sleeping. So anyways...I decided to walk to the den where my gma sleeps. She was curled up just as I last saw her, sleeping, breathing. I put my finger to her nose and could feel her breath, her warmth. I walked back to the hall to my mom's room. I opened her door and saw her on her bed asleep, and my sister on her bed, asleep. I closed the door, and decided to go back to my room, because all of a sudden I felt the feeling of being watched and followed...and I became really cold. So I climbed back in bed and went back to sleep. Then I woke up like normal. I asked my family if they recalled seeing me walk in their room and check on them. My gma said no and my mom said that I couldn't have because her door was locked. So I told her, no I saw you. I went in there. And she said, "where was I sleeping then?" And I told her, her bed. Only to find out that she didn't sleep on her bed last night, yet she slept with my little sister. I just felt so odd and confused. This was not like any other lucid dream I have ever had, and hope to not have again. It was very eerie. Any ideas?
