no lucid dreams

Hi i know about lucid dreams for about mounth and a little bit more.. i had 3 lucid dreams and i cant do them more.. i basicly doing everymorning wbtb trying wilds in day times and before sleep in wbtb try wild to but never works i get few lucid dreams when i did rc in my dream one ld was first when i wake up in dream get out of my bed and did rc, what can i do to have more LD? and im a little bit tired so i stop doing a lot of RC in real life, i need some motivation from u :D
Few questions:
Smoking do damage for lucid dreaming?
Masturbation to?
Weed smoking to?

Okay, here we go.
1. I doubt smoking negatively affects lucid dreaming, but I'm not sure.
2.No, it has no negative effects on LD'ing, because it is essentially no different than sex on your body.
3.YES. If you regularly smoke drugs, especially cannabis, it will have a very large (negative) effect on your ability to lucid dream.

In my opinion, taking drugs will more than likely affect your REM but also affect the nature of your dreams.

If you haven't got a Dream Journal I suggest you read this thread. How to effectively Dream Journal.

As for wild, although is it possible to WILD before bed it's hard as hell, because you'll have to be waiting 80-90 minutes. The best time is during a REM period.

im living your situation too , after having 4 LDs in my first month , i'm living 18 days without lucids.
I think you should try MILD and autosuggestion techniques , WILD requires more experience in LDing coz it's hard to induce dreams by proceeding to this technique.
I 'm a stoner too , i think weed causes deep sleep especially in the first half of sleepin time ,it may also affect the vividness of dreams but it doesn't affect the dream recall (for me).

yea i just stop using weed 3 days ago and now ir remember 3 dreams in a night but its kinda weird for me i wake up about 7 and i write one dream.. and i sleeped for more 1 2 hours and get two dreams :D and two days in a row my dreams are so long and finishing with nightmare end :D
i start using dild i think its almost same as mild well see if i get any lucid in this weak its probably help :D i was litle bit out of this thing, just do reality checks and wtbt but didnt try hard now im all in it :D
