Dreams Within Dreams?
Hi, everybody!
I have gotten to the point where I am having lucid dreams around three times a week. In these dreams, however, I am usually asleep in the first dream I was in. Any time I go to sleep in a regular dream, I pop into an auto-lucid dream. I guess it's because I remember going to sleep in my dream. The amount of time I spend in these dreams really just depends on the night. I have some dreams where I spend what feels like a full day in, and others that I only spend a couple of seconds in.
When I wake up in the dream, it turns back into a normal dream. So my question is how do I remember to do a reality check when I wake up in the dream?
I thought that I would automatically do a reality check since it happens so often, but these dreams are really, REALLY realistic, so I often trick myself into thinking I'm actually awake. I have had one dream where I decided to do a reality check because of something weird happening, and turned that dream into a lucid dream.
Do you guys have any tips? Have you ever experienced false awakenings like this before?

nice, what technichs u use? and how mutch times and efford its take to get that many lucid dreams?

Yeah false awakings are common. So basically everytime you get up from bed (in waking life), do a reality check to make sure it is not a false awaking. If you do this often, then the next time you have a false awaking, you will end up doing a reality check and become lucid.
