Whats could help me to stop thinking to mutch?
i have some examples when i try wild. I get start feeling vibrations and something like that. Then i start thinking about it and its goes off. Or try dont think about it and i start thinking about to not thinking about it .
Or im almost fell asleep and its could start to be a dream but i start thinking that i could start dream if i dont think
o man examples i can give with that thinking problem.
I can only dont think if i realy want to sleep and still i cant get sleep fast its take for a hour minimum.. exept in wbtb its take for 20 30 40 mins.
Or one more example i do wild i start dream a mini scenarios and when i release i m dreaming those mini dreams i wake up from it and start thinking about it or thinking about that i should dont think
i think if i stop thinking that mutch i could do wild.
And what that scenarios means? Its happening sometimes that i laying on a bed and one seccond im almost sleeping and then i start dream in a middle of it. talking about something with random people.
And what to do when i try wild i watching on m eyes back and when i see a light or something else, i start blinking i cant watch in one spot with my eyes.
