Reality checks as a stand alone technique?
Would it be suitable to do reality checks as a stand alone technique? Like what if i decided to do 20+ genuine reality checks through out the day, 7 days a week. What i mean by genuine is really questioning if i was dreaming and expecting the RC's to work every time. How would doing something like this stand against working on something like self awareness? Would doing so many reality checks just raise my awareness naturally? I'm sort of interested in doing this. Doing nothing but reality checks like every 10 or so minutes through out the day, for like a week or two, and seeing what happens. I'm wondering if it could produce nightly lucids and maybe even make every dream lucid if i stuck with it for long enough.
