Could someone please send me a blog or info on mindfulness as im confused on the difference between that and ADA.
Iv heard mindfulness is bieng aware of the present time you in right now and woth ADA it seems similar as im aware of all my senses....im interested in learning how to be mindfull but need a good read on it first.....thanx =)
