Using a Genie for Lucid Dreaming?

Just had an idea, not sure if it has been suggested before or it will work or not.

When you get lucid, summon a Genie (like the one from Aladdin that grants wishes) and make your first wish to be Lucid nightly (or whenever). Would this work? Perhaps placebo might happen for a couple of nights and then die down or your subconscious could be 'programmed' to instantly make you Lucid in a dream. I think it's an interesting concept.

Whenever I'm lucid again, I will try this out. Let me know if any else does :)

I tried it with Jim Carrey by asking if he could help me become lucid nightly after the dream would end. He agreed. Never saw him again. I think I didn't add enough intention and meaning into the suggestion, I kinda just burped it out, so remember to actually mean it if you're going to try it out. Things that have great emotion and meaning in them tend to stick with you, so maybe then it will stick in your subconscious mind.
