I have tried to induce a lucid dream using FILD method and it didn't work (Ik trying once is not enough), so I was wondering if waking up to an alarm decreases the chance of it working? :hrm:

I'm sure it's possible but I think you will have more chance if you wake up spontaneously, like a DEILD. This way you don't have to move around that much.
