Looking for help on taking full controlB

I want to be able to gain full control over my dream world but I can never seem to be able to. I read the materials and have tried for years but I seemed to have reached a limit to what I can do. Not having full control does have its merits though because since the world operates on its own, it becomes very unpredictable and fun to take part in it. But is also becomes quite vexing to learn there are creatures and people I cannot control running amok in my world and causing havoc or keeping secrets from me.

Structure of World: My first lucid dreams started in a control room with a Dream version of myself (has no name) where she typed out prompts into a panel and ported me into the world to do whatever I wanted (I call them scenarios). I have recently concluded that these scenarios are constantly happening in the world, and the prompts just zero in on a scenario that matches the description and puts me into it. I don't really have control of the world but I can usually influence and manipulate the scenario or just get rid of it entirely if I am not enjoying it. I also have a little area/city where I structured it myself and allowed other settlers to do what they want in it. I sometimes pop in here when I fall asleep for some downtime or hang out with dream friends; later on I can just take a mode of transportation and go into the world seeking adventure.

What I can do in dreams: craft and manipulate some people, create things or scenes (sometimes scenarios but that takes too much energy to do), powers (except flying!! I have been learning from a magical tribe to fly but not much progress), erase and delete things and people I do not like or want.

Limits: flying, exploring/creating new worlds (cannot leave the world, there is a border surrounding it), controlling some people, knowing specific things that go on in the world.

I like having the world be its own identity, but I would also like to know specific things about it and I feel like someone else is controlling it.

Problems:
1. Cannot travel or create other worlds or galaxies so I am stuck in my world and unable to get past the borders.
2. There is some cosmic entity that managed to pluck me from the world and bring me to space, talk in some crazy riddles, gave me no information except to let me know he exists, and did not tell me the purpose of the conversation. And I cannot contact him, no one knows anything, and I cannot exit the world.
3. In order for me to get information, I have to go through a lot of contacts and adventures.
4. A secret organization of I do not know what exists somewhere through whispers. I did manage to get in touch with some of the lower members and was not able to get any information out of them nor banish them. There are stories about them that float around but they lead me nowhere.
5. The dream version of myself; has a real name but refuses to tell me, past behaviors show that I am not able to control her and she moves around freely. I have no clue who or what she is other than she is the control room master.
6. A crazy evil version of me who created so much havoc and frustration for a year that I had no desire to lucid dream during that time. I managed to mend most things she did though. Happily, for now, she is hiding somewhere and planning more destruction and has not resurface for a few years.
7. I actually managed to will myself to travel deep into the earth to find hell (if there is some cosmic entity, I thought there would be an opposite version). I found Lucifer?Evil demon man? and a new society. He did not give me any answers and left me even more confused. I am unable to go back there again. I tried physically digging and ended up finding mole people.

Sorry for the text wall but I wanted to give you guys or anyone who is reading an idea of what my problem is. I want to gain control over my world and find answers and I am not sure how to go about it exactly. Looking for suggestions if anyone has any. Thank you for stopping by!

You have a very interesting dream life. I have had and sometimes still have similar issues on being able to change the dream expanse. When I became lucid it would be dark outside and there were often menacing vibrations in the air, every house seemed to me had the potential of hiding the most terrible and fearful types of characters. Perhaps waiting quietly for me staring at the ground, even in their quietude and idleness they exude the sense of tornadic madness, maybe shuffling back and forth through poorly lit rooms, horrible potentialities seemed to wait behind every corner and doorway. I recall one specific encounter with a few of these "people", I had been flying around seeking some refuge from the disquieting atmospheric pulsations, I came upon a church with a few quite beautiful large stain glass windows, one was of pinocchio, the others were well known actors, "this doesn't seem menacing" I thought to myself. And I think that made sense at the time, I mean what kind of sicko would hide demon like figures behind a stained glass representation of a childhood hero? Going into the church I find some kind of lively satanic ritual going on, a woman stands on a alter like a priest and several men stand around listening to her orations and seem highly exited or agitated about the whole thing. I walked to the back of the room, the door I entered through being on the side, seeking to observe and yet not interrupt the funereal proceedings, needless to say perhaps I was seen and my presence was not warmly welcomed. The men instantly disappeared and the woman and me were left wholly alone, she pointed at me and yelled I do not recall what exactly and then she pointed at some writing on the wall which looked to have been done in blood, I only recall the word "church" and "fire". I will stop there.

As time went on I became more capable of changing things around as I saw fit, I started to meditate around this time and as I had more experiences I became more confident. I am not perfect tho, I cannot go around creating everything I want at any time, this is rarely the case, and who knows why these fluctuations in ability occur. I am not sure there is any quick answer. Even more practice? More experience? Meditation? More self confidence? Things tend to work out for the best when one perseveres.

To me it sounds like you have a lot of pre-conceptions getting in the way of your dreaming goals. For example you are letting yourself believe there is a secret organisation or another version of yourself. You need to accept that each dream is different and new, each dream has new possibilities. You seem to be carrying over things from past dreams and letting them block your productivity in new dreams. Drop these ideas and false beliefs treat each dream as a new experience with an open mind.

As for full dream control I've had thousands of LD's and only a few I can say have had 100% full control. And when I say 100% full control I mean Godlike - everything you expect to happen works perfectly as intended first time every time. The only way I've achieved this is by attempting to do something that would be life-threatening in the dream. For example, the first time I did this I stepped out onto a road with incoming traffic and thought to myself "I'm going to stop this car with my hand". The car was going very fast and there was a good chance I would be run over but I was determined. When the car reached me I put out my hand and stopped it dead in it's tracks. I was so bewildered and awe-inspired that I felt unstoppable and from that point on I had 100% full control in the dream.
