dream "suggestions" help needed
I read somewhere that in a certain stage of sleep we are very open for suggestion and that we can somehow give suggestions to our brain or "make a click". I also read that a small amount of people where able to quit smoking this way, as if they woke up in the morning and just desided to stop AND actually stopped without much trouble.
Q1: is this true?
Q2: how would this work
and Q3: is there someone on this board who has experience with this and would like to help me?
I smoke since I was 15 yearls old and really want to quit, though every other method I tried has failed (I really feel weak for not being able to stop). The only other option I have is (expensive) medication but I only wanna go there as an ultimate last resort since there are side affects to it. So I want to try it this way first.
