My lucid dreams turn in to visualisation help

Ok my lucid dreams turn in to visualisation i get lucid with the (SSILD) technique thats the only thing that works for me yet but i got lucid just today i had a false awakening and i taut why cant i sleep and i did a reality check and i was lucid i got up it was a bit blurry my dreams have not been vivid lately i i was calm i tried stabilizing the dream i rub my hands and i started walking around in my house i tried to make a fireball but it didnt work and got outside still evrything was not so much clear i tried to fly and then i turned to visualisation this happend to me a one week ago but that was a better lucid dream experience and i felt like something unlocking my mind it was a weird feeling i havent felt it anyware before but i didnt feel this feeling now so the main questions arises why does my lucid dreams turn to visualisation ? how do i make them more vivid? and do you know that feeling like something unlocking your mind ? does it happen every time ? and sorry for my English i hope you can understand
