decided to try it. I have tried really hard to have a LD but have failed so I thought maybe instead of putting a ton on myself and trying to LD right away. Maybe

I need to take it slow and take one step at a time. So my first step is to have better DR. I've always been able to recall my dreams pretty good but I really

want to work on them being more detailed and clear. I would really like it if you would join my challenge and we can both help each other through our journey

of LD. I will still be doing WBTB and DS but I will really be focusing on my DR. I've heard that if you write all your memories of the day down on a journal that

your brain will be able to store more dream memories so I am going to be trying it. I might be adding more but here is what I have already

-Write in journal every night
-Write in DJ every morning
-Spend 10 minutes in bed every morning to let mind wander and hopefully it will wander to what I was dreaming
