Going to sleep happy
Try it. Lol It seems silly, but I think it's extremely beneficial for beginner Lucid Dreamers,Lucid dreaming in general, and keeping yourself motivated. Do your night time routines, and after just feel happy, and confident that your efforts are going to make the difference you need to have that LD you've been seeking.

It's not silly at all! I don't have a routine. But I make a point to feel content going in sleep-time. Slumber hours have a way of drowsing my mind into a vagitated state. It's only smart to stretch that throughout the night. I believe when you do this right you will wake up feeling the same happiness

It's beneficial to any Lucid Dreamers. Even for the more experienced oneironaut along with staying confident even when life gets hard. ;)

Two short things I noticed this week
1. Focus on body, gently scan and feel the comfort and warmth is super helpful to fall asleep and feel great
2. Short, aimed streches to relieve pressures that arise from lying in a position. Work miraculously quick and easy
Yoga is great, but the complicated poses don't reach the problem areas from lying in bed.
Simply going for direct streching of problem areas as they arise works too
And while it's quite tiresome to do stretches when ur falling asleep. And ur body feels super tired. It's really a great relief to do a short stretch and I actually find that the tireness disappears from it. They're linked i suppose
