Need Help Please (FILD and WILD)

Sorry in advance for the long post and im sure the improper vernacular.

Hey guys im pretty new to this but as ive been trying ive noticed some similar issues. Wether its WILD or FILD i find myself at the same point.

So in both cases after the wavey color stage (at which i try to visualize) i am transported to the heavy vibrations stage where i feel like im going warp speed into a virtual reality whirlpool. At this point i know im asleep and i cant move but no matter what i do i cant pop into my dream. I either try so hard i wake up or im just stuck there trying. Also in FILD i read i should do a RC after a minute or so but i still get transported to the same zone in either case. Even in WBTB.

It all ends in that vibration zone with a whirpool screen. I know my body is asleep but i still cant do much about it.

Please help.

By the sounds of it your very close to doing an out of body experience which is just as good as a lucid dream....iv had an OBE before and i went through the same stage as you....i felt like i coukdnt move and waited for the vibrations to slightly ware off then i litrally got out of bed.
I then looked down and saw myself asleep in bed and from there i just flew out my bedroom window and had fun =)

So what actions should i take to try to have an OBE. Ive tried about everything from thinking about floating to thinking about riding a bike. But im still stuck...

The main aim is to not get exited and instead be relaxed....if u stay relaxed it will work alot easier! Theres different techniques on the internet from the rope technique which is imagining climbing up the rope out of your body....the one that worked for me was just getting out if bed like i usually do in the morning....doubt also holds you back....think positivly and expect that it will happen and eventually it will im sure =)

Aslong as you can get to the virbation stage ur nearly there!

Thnx. I mean whats the main difference between the 2? Is one better or just different.

You mean the difference between the rope technique and the getting out of bed one? Or lucid dreaming and OBEs?
I think.just getting out of bed seems the easiest because its that simple....do it like you would in the morning..no different.
Lds and OBEs are id say the same tbf =)
