Another dream question?
I realize i can only achieve a lucid dream when i HAVE to be somewhere lets say i have to get up for an appointment or work if i wake up and realize i have 30 minutes to get to work then id fall back to sleep knowing i have to get up thats when the "ringing" would start. I can never achieve this when i have the day off or dont have anything to do.

Its strange you say this because same hapoened to me....the only wake induced lucid dream i had was when i was in bed and my gf was downstairs waiting for my to apologise due to an argument.
I was willing to apologise but was super comfy and knew i could NOT sleep in this situation and so i did and became instantly lucid!
I dont think its anything we can purposly do due to the fact that we cannot trick ourselves into thinking we cannot or should not sleep when deep down we know we can...maybe its the fact that we fought to stay awake rather than naturally eccepting the comfort and tiredness.
We can W.I.L.D which is proven by our experiences so maybe its worth really looking into wild and meditation and dream yoga?
