Im not an experienced lucid dreamer but, definetely practice DILD. FILD is also extremely easy(probably the easiest one yet) but as i usually move right when I wake up, it hasn't worked for me. If you find staying still after waking up easy, then go for it. I got my first 2 LDs after a month of practicing DILD by sleeping in an unfamiliar environment and with my friends which I don't usually sleep with. If you find nothing else has worked for you, go ahead and try sleeping at one of your friends house (make sure its in the same room, and use a mantra while trying to sleep). Also what helped me get my 3rd lucid dream was to use a combination of All Day Awareness with WBTB. For WBTB you don't really have to get up for more than 20 minutes like guides say you should. What you should do is simply when you wake up from a dream, write it down, go to the bathroom or get some water or anywhere else in your house. After 5 minutes go back to bed and just visualise the dream you want to have, and visualise yourself becoming lucid. Also repeat a mantra. This worked for me the first time I tried it, so good luck! You can find tutorials for all of these in the forums.
I would suggest you start with MILD, Enz, since it incorporates many of the things you will need to do the other techniques... which is a good thing, because there really are no "good" or "bad" techniques, and as you become more experienced you will likely find yourself choosing techniques because they are convenient to you, and not because they work better than others; lucidity is all about mindset, and not techniques.
I also humbly suggest that you look at my Lucid Dreaming Fundamentals thread, which tends to illustrate that, in the end, techniques don't matter.
Good luck!
