Blindfold?
i found that whenever i get LD, my eyes move so fast during the REM state, then made me constantly awake from the dream. its not like im too excited and cant calm when i got the LD, i already tried to calm, enjoying a bit dream scene, then when i think its my turn to do something in my dream, i always go with facial reconstruction, seek a nearby mirror or something can reflect my face, then i start to change it, but before i can change some of my facial structure, Boom, i woke up because the ultra-speed eye movement. well its okay, i stay still, relaxed, and attempt to sleep again to continue my LD, then i back in front of the mirror (sometimes i get FA or start another new dream), when i want to start do something in my dream again, Boom, the ultra-speed eye movement opening my eyes again :>
i just got 4 LD in a row, and always end like that. so im thinking about try out to wear a blindfold tonight. is anybody already use a blindfold to enhance/support your LD? id like to read your opinion about that :)

How about if you affirm that next time you are in a dream, or LD, you will cover your eyes with your hands for a while, just to stop your eyes flicking and that when you uncover then they will stay still?
The blindfold idea might just mean you lose your sight in the dream!

im gonna try the covering with my hands, wish me luck, because im a bit edgy when sleeping sometimes :D

Nothing is definite in the dream world. It's just an idea.
Remember that the subconscious is a fickle beast. Sometimes ideas like this work, sometimes they don't, but generally if you believe something will happen it will.
Another idea is to imagine taking a pill from the doctor that stops your eyes moving about. You get the idea?
