just another question
I wanna know what things we see hear or feel shape our dreams.
U may think it's not related to lucid dreams but it is. If I knew for sure that the movie I watched was gonna influence my dreams I would do reality checks while watching it and wouldn do an rc in the shower knowing I wouldn't dream that part.
I'm sure you have thought about it too. Can science help us or is it still unsolved?
Thank u guys for helping me achieve so many lucid dreams. I m really grateful.

I was just thinking about this!
From my own experience I'd say its pretty random.
Seeding does work - that's for sure - but the subconscious may well play with it first so it becomes unrecognisable.
What can work well, I think, is raising your waking lucidity.
How do you remember to do an RC whilst awake?
Maybe that can be trained? - i.e. the remembering/ the questioning of waking reality?
Its about mindfulness, present centredness, suspicious questioning...
I believe those attitudes can translate into a raised lucidity whislt dreaming.

I know this is true for non-lucid dreams. Ive had dreams that're basiclly just a manifestation of my waking surroundings. But for Lucid dreams, which im not the most experienced, ive only had them come into play during sleep paralysis, and even then after awhile im sure im just imagining them,so I cant really say.
