I go to bed around 10:30, wake up 4hrs and then do FILD?
Wake up 2hrs later and then do SSILD?
*also, with FILD, should I use the restroom or not when I wake up?

There's nothing ultimately stopping it from working. In theory, both work just fine, but I can't speak from experience on that specific instance yet.
That sounds like a good idea. As long as you are making use of those wbtbs, you can try different technique just as you would try the same technique many times over. It would be interesting to compare both methods in the long term.
Yep, it should still work as long as you allow for enough sleep time. I would set the first wbtb for no earlier than 3 hrs of sleep.
