Has anyone else found that after a good lucid dream they can't immediately go to sleep? I don't know about DILD, but with WILD this is definitely the case. I feel energized somewhat. i am still tired but it is as if there is something preventing me from just falling asleep.
Shorter, less lucid and stable dreams do not have this.
Wondering if anyone else experienced this?
