I want to know what my dream means Please help!

I’m having the falling dream which I know is somewhat common but there is something with my dream that I am concerned about for some reason.

so here's my version of the dream:
I'm 'jumping' (by jumping I mean just letting myself lean over the edge a bit too far) of a building sort of a sky scraper ( guess is what you could call it) wearing a white hospital like gown, as I am falling I am just letting my limbs do whatever they want not constricting them or trying to stop me from falling, I am also calm and are emotionless, as I hit the ground I don't suddenly wake up from the dream but instead just lay on a slab of concrete, brains, guts and bones all tangled up together with my blood which I never seem to remember the colour of but its a strange shade of either red or gray, every now and again after I have been lying there dead people start walking around me with the amount of them growing each second and my question as to why they are just ignoring me and walking past growing stronger and stronger until I just wake up as if it were any other dream.

This dream is not a one time thing I've had this dream for at least the past year and it had been getting more and more vivid as time went on.
I am not sure if these are triggered by anything since I haven't really been paying attention which I now realise I should have.

This is also the only dream I seem to ever remember I'm not sure if this is significant to anything but i just wanted to include it.

Oh yes and during all of this i am watching myself fall, splat and be ignored.

Does this mean anything?Or am I just having very strange dreams?

Dreams about falling are very common. Yours is unusual in that most times people wake up when they hit the ground or just before. I can only suggest you try and use it as a strong dream sign to get lucid?
Try telling yourself that next time you fall you will realise you're dreaming, then maybe you can fly off instead.

A descent into the land of the dead is the beginning of the hero's journey. The fact that you felt no fear or grief seems to indicate you were meant to visit there, possibly to begin a quest for knowledge or meaning of some kind.
